“Over the last year, we have been working on developing an online resource centre for our denomination in response to requests for more resourcing and networking.
As you may have already learned, this resource centre is called Enrich and launched on November 1, 2019!
WHAT will I find on Enrich?
The simple answer is: Recommended resources.
Our National Team has recommended both people and material resources that they believe, when invested in, will help us be enriched.
- Enrichment Facilitators: We have discovered the value of our leaders receiving help from those among us who are respected and carry expertise in a given field of ministry. Those recommended have been invited to apply to be facilitators that are offered on the Enrich website. We have had leaders from our EMCC family offer to enrich other leaders in learnings like God’s Design for Human Sexuality & Identity, Community Engagement, Spiritual Formation, Finances and Board Development!
- Other Resources: We often ask people what book to read, what program to invest in or what website to visit when we feel stuck or just want to grow in a specific area. Our National Team and our Enrichment Facilitators have listed their top resource picks for us. These are tried and true resources that have been thoughtfully chosen with leaders in mind!”
