On Friday, September 18 a group of junior high and high school students gathered to listen to the story of how God miraculously provided for a new youth room to be completed. This evening marked another benchmark in our journey and came after several months of prayer, preparations, anticipation, hard work and great appreciation. We were reminded that God wants us to continue to grow in our relationship with Jesus Christ and that this new room would provide a space to do just that. We are thankful for the generosity of time, effort, skills and finances of many people over the course of these months. Continue to pray for our youth, that they may indeed fulfill our dedication prayer of 1 Timothy 4:12 “Don’t let anyone look down on you because you are young, be an example for the believers in speech, in conduct, in love, in faith and in purity.”
