As we enter the redemption story of Peter, in John 21, we hope this reinforces that Peter was a person, just like you and I. He was called by the Lord for a specific purpose, just like you and I. Even in his sin and failure, the Lord had a plan for Peter, and the Lord has a plan for us in our lives as well.
